Initiate Request
Log into your Redchief account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item you wish to send back.
Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the product is unused with all original tags and the shoe box intact; pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
